Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project Deposits
All project deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project:

Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining balance may be adjusted based on project progress.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if:

Work has not yet started.
ATLABS DIGITAL is unable to fulfill the agreed scope due to internal reasons.

Refunds are not available for:

Completed milestones
Client-requested changes
Delays caused by the client
Third-party software, hosting, domain registrations, or licensing fees
